2020 Enrolment Process

To enrol your child for 2020, you will need to log on to the Parent Portal on Chamford’s website to:

  • Update any changes to your family/child’s enrolment details, including medical / behavioural / developmental issues that we need to be aware of.

  • Select your preferred class / classes for your child. The recommended program and level for your child can be found on the 2020 Early Enrolment Process letter which will be handed out in class.

  • Acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Policies and Procedures.

You can also enrol new sibling members at this time.

As some classes tend to fill quickly, we recommend that you choose your preferred class / classes as soon as possible. Full details of the days and times available for your child’s classes can be found at www.chamfordgymastics.com and also on the Parent Portal.

You will need to complete the enrolment online through the Parent Portal by Friday 6th December to secure a place for 2020, as after this date we will be opening our enrolments to new members.

Term 1 Invoices

If your child is successful in gaining a position in your preferred class, we will shortly email you an invoice for:

  • 2020 Chamford membership fee (compulsory and non-refundable).

  • Term 1 tuition fees.

A payment is required to secure your child’s place in our program for Term 1 2020.

Your emailed payment receipt is your confirmation of your child’s class day and time.

Non-payment may result in your child being removed from the requested class and placed on a wait list until payment is made to secure his / her place in the class.

If you haven’t received an invoice within 3 days of submitting your class request, please email or call the Office on 9563 8881
