Customer Portal

Enrolment Process

To enrol your child, you will need to log on to the Customer Portal on Chamford’s website to:

  • Update any changes to your family/child’s enrolment details, including medical / behavioural / developmental issues that we need to be aware of.

  • Select your preferred class / classes for your child. The recommended program and level for your child can be found on the Early Enrolment Process letter which will be handed out in class.

  • Acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Policies and Procedures.

You can also enrol new sibling members at this time.

As some classes tend to fill quickly, we recommend that you choose your preferred class / classes as soon as possible. Full details of the days and times available for your child’s classes can be found at www.chamfordgymastics.com and also on the Customer Portal.

You will need to complete the enrolment online through the Customer Portal to secure a place.

Term Invoices

If your child is successful in gaining a position in your preferred class, we will shortly email you an invoice:

  • Chamford membership fee (compulsory and non-refundable).

  • Term tuition fees.

A payment is required to secure your child’s place in our program for each term.

Your emailed payment receipt is your confirmation of your child’s class day and time.

As we have a No Pay – No Play policy, fees must be paid in full before gymnasts can start their first class of the term.  Full payment of fees is confirmation of your child’s spot in a class and non-payment will result in your child being removed from the roll.

If you haven’t received an invoice within 3 days of submitting your class request, please email or call the Office on 9563 8881

Please click on the Customer Portal button below to enrol your child.
