Junior Gymnastics​​

JUNIOR ASSISTED PROGRAM: Toddlers 18 months up to the age of 3 ½ years ( 45 minute class)

This program must have a parent/carer’s involvement. The toddler works in a 1:1 ratio with mum, dad or adult carer.

JUNIOR GYM PROGRAM (BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE): Children aged 4 - 5 years ( 45 minute classes)

Children work in an 8:1 ratio with a qualified Chamford coach moving around different activities and circuits.

Recreational Gymnastics

 (School Attending Children Only)

At Chamford, safety and fun are our biggest priorities in each and every lesson. This program’s emphasis is for each gymnast to progress through the recreational levels while learning new and exciting skills.

Competitive  Programs

Gymnasts selected to be part of this invitation only program show motivation and determination to achieve excellence in Gymnastics. This program focuses on strength and flexibility to help with skill development and progression. Commitment for the full year is an expectation in this program.
Chamford offers WAG ALP and Gymstar competitive programs.

Adult Gymnastics

Join us on Tuesday nights from 8.00-9.15 pm for Adults gymnastics.  In the class, we do a group warm up and strength, each week we rotate between apparatuses.  Enrol through the the customer portal.
